On a cold, but sunny Monday afternoon Brian Hartley and Alex Maher of Live Water Properties spotted a pair of elusive mountain goats in the Snake River Canyon just north of Alpine on the way home from showing property. The pair appeared to be a mother - kid duo who took the opportunity to eat the exposed high country grasses, as they moved gracefully along the sheer cliffs.
