Jackson, Wyoming’s National Elk Refuge is one of the few places in the US where you can hunt free ranging wild bison. Matt pulled a special tag with limited permits this hunting season. The refuge suggests hunters pass a bison identification exam available online as a tool to help hunters differentiate between bulls and cows.
